Refund, Return & Pickup Policy — Bakersfield eSports Center

Effective date: July 1, 2026

Pickup (all online orders)

  • All online orders are picked up in store at Bakersfield eSports Center, 7104 Golden State Hwy, Bakersfield, CA 93308. We do not ship.
  • We will email you when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your pickup code / order confirmation, and for higher-value items a photo ID matching the order name.
  • Orders not picked up within [30] days may be refunded or restocked at our discretion; we will contact you first.

Merchandise returns

  • All items, services, and goods purchased from Bakersfield eSports Center are final sale

Gift cards

  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable. Gift cards never expire and carry no fees. Balances under $15 are redeemable for cash on request, as required by California law. (See the full Gift Card Terms.)

Pre-orders

  • Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout and reserved for you.
  • Each pre-order shows an estimated "ready for pickup by" date. If we cannot meet that date, we will notify you and you may choose a refund or agree to wait. You may request a refund on an undelivered pre-order at any time before it is ready.
